Interior:

The vast 300 m² Bonifacio stone residence has all the comforts needed to accommodate 10 guests. It comprises an entrance hall, a reception area overlooking the sea, a double lounge equipped with a 4K cinema projector with large curtain screen, a fully-equipped fitted kitchen and a comfortable dining room. On the same level, three beautifully decorated bedrooms with en suite shower rooms complete the layout. A staircase takes you down to a lower level, where you'll find a beautiful garden-level master suite with superb sea views. A fifth separate bedroom with en suite bathroom is set amid the olive trees and close to the swimming pool. You'll feel right at home in each of these superb bedrooms, thanks to the household linen provided (bed linen, towels and pool towels). Finally, there is a fully-equipped gym (weight bench, bike, fitness and yoga equipment, wellness ball) with a massage area and hairdressing salon.

Outside:

Beyond its immense grounds, you can enjoy several landscaped areas, enveloped in wild nature; the swimming pool (12m x 8m) and its pool house equipped with a 4K cinema projector screen with a 2.50m x 1.40m screen surrounded by very comfortable wide seating, terraces furnished with deckchairs and parasols, two lounges, an outdoor kitchen with plancha and barbecue with dining area under the pine trees. Heading down to the sea, along paths through the scrubland, you'll come to a second pool house with shower. All these areas form a living space that is totally independent from the rest of the house. The immediate proximity of the sea makes it easy to use a boat on a daily basis, which is essential given the number of deserted coves and magnificent islands to visit.
